PTO Model RP-200 tractor chipper

The RP-200 PROFESSIONAL roller chipper is designed for cutting branches up to 16 cm in diameter, entirely designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. The frame is made of metal profiles with a wide support spacing, a fold-out extended funnel with high stiffness, reinforced with a profile. The chipper is equipped with a safety switch surrounding the hopper (the safety switch should be connected to the emergency safety module in the tractor).

The cutting mechanism is made precisely on a CNC machining center, with one assumption to ensure appropriate quality, accuracy and concentricity, which translates into a long life of components and the entire device. The mechanism is equipped with an expanding and clamping sleeve that is used to position the cutting knives, it also serves as overload protection. The chipper can be equipped with a flywheel/pulley and a foldable belt conveyor with drivers, the possibility of discharge along or to the side, thanks to which work with the chipper becomes even more efficient and much more comfortable.

The chipper drive is transmitted through the power take-off shaft from the tractor’s PTO (right-hand rotation).

We recommend using PTO shafts equipped with a clutch with a shear pin (available in our offer).

Processed wood is an efficient and ecological fuel, suitable for combustion in all types of central heating boilers. The knives of the cutting mechanism are made of wear-resistant steel, which guarantees long and effective operation of the machine.
