Product Description
PTO Tractor Chipper Model RP150
The RP-150 PROFESSIONAL roller chipper is designed for cutting branches with a diameter of up to 13 cm, entirely designed and manufactured by REMET CNC TECHNOLOGY. Frame made of metal profiles with a wide support spacing, foldable, extended hopper with high stiffness, reinforced with the profile. The chipper is equipped with a safety switch surrounding the feed hopper (the safety switch should be connected to the emergency safety module in the tractor). The cutting mechanism is precisely made on a CNC machining center, to ensure proper quality, accuracy and coaxiality, which translates into a long service life of the components and the entire device. The mechanism is equipped with an expansion and clamping sleeve that is used to position the cutting knives and also serves as an overload protection. The chipper can be equipped with a flywheel/belt and a foldable conveyor belt with drivers that can be discharged lengthwise or sideways, making working with the chipper even more efficient and much more comfortable.
The drive of the chipper is transmitted through the power transmission shaft of the tractor’s PTO shaft (right-hand rotation). We recommend using power transmission shafts equipped with a clutch with a shear pin (available in our offer). If the machine is overloaded, the pin is sheared and the drive is disconnected.
Processed wood is an efficient and ecological fuel, suitable for burning in all types of central heating boilers.
The knives of the cutting mechanism are made of wear-resistant steel, ensuring long and effective operation of the machine.
