The RT-720R disc chipper equipped with hydraulic feed rollers is designed for shredding branches, tree trunks with a diameter of up to 17 cm, and other wooden materials. The thickness of the obtained chips can be adjusted by changing the speed of feeding the material through the guide rollers. The knives are screwed to a cutting disc with a diameter of 720 mm, which, thanks to its weight (85 kg), provides swing.

The chipper is equipped with a safety switch and covers to ensure safe operation. The chipper has a system for withdrawing material from the feed hopper. The outlet chimney can be rotated 360˚ to direct the stream of wood chips in the appropriate direction. The shredder is characterized by high efficiency and high comfort of work. The resulting shavings can be used as fuel (suitable for screw feeders) or as compost or bedding under bushes.

The drive of the chipper is transmitted through the power transmission shaft of the tractor’s PTO shaft (right-hand rotation). We recommend using power transmission shafts equipped with a shear pin clutch (available in our offer). If the machine is overloaded, the pin is sheared and the drive is disconnected. Rolling bearings are lubricated through the lubrication pads in the bearing housing.
