The Prodig Push Off Folding Grass Fork offers a unique combination of functionality and convenience, designed for large-scale agricultural operations. This innovative fork merges the push-off capabilities with a folding mechanism, allowing for an impressive width of 4.2m or 4.9m while compacting down to 2.89m for road transport. Crafted from high-yield steel in a fabricated plate construction, the fork ensures durability and longevity.
The bottom bar features 50mm x 1750mm square profile Hardox tines that come with replaceable wear tips, eliminating the need for full tine replacement over time. The design includes 60mm pivot points on the wings and 45mm on the arms, with all moving components fitted with greaseable bushings for easy maintenance. A 12mm Hardox wear strip runs the length of the bottom section, enhancing durability further.
The fork includes double removable side tines as standard, hydraulic equalizer valves, pressure relief valves, and buffer pads to minimise impact during operation. Anti-collision end-of-stroke valves prevent collisions between the gate and wings, ensuring safe single-service operation. An accumulator on the gate cylinders acts as a shock absorber during use, while the gate can be locked in the closed position for use as a fixed fork, with an optional locking latch. The bolt-on hitch system is adaptable to suit all machines.
