The Prodig Mega Bite is a versatile and heavy-duty shear grab engineered for efficient feeding tasks. With a large capacity and robust construction, it can cut sizeable blocks from silage clamps and split round bales while retaining plastic and netting. Ideal for use with diet feeders, this tool streamlines feeding by allowing users to handle pit silage, maize, whole crops, and straw bales without changing attachments. Constructed from Hardox and high-tensile steel, it features 35mm Hardox tines with replaceable wear tips for extended durability. Its design includes hardened, heat-treated shear blades and nickel chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders, ensuring a long service life in demanding environments. Compatible with multiple machines through a bolt-on hitch system, the Mega Bite is available in widths from 1.5m to 2.2m.
