PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Designed specifically for the UK rail industry, the ATHV4040 Breatheflex Rail Spec Chainsaw Trousers are built to meet the demanding safety and visibility standards required for trackside work. These rail-approved trousers conform to RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 (2019) and EN ISO 20471, ensuring you stay safe, seen, and compliant during all rail-side operations. 

Everything comes down to the weight and performance of the trousers with high tenacity polymer and Kevlar®.

The trousers’ outer shell is made from Climasphere breathable fabrics which are also highly abrasion and snag resistant (a must for tree climbers) and the six-way stretch feature makes for the most comfortable forestry chainsaw trousers on the market.

The crotch is made with Kevlar® to eliminate ripping and incredibly stretchy fabric that allows for the ultimate amount of movement and flexibility in the tree.

The ATHV4040 is a Design C trouser (saw protection to the front and back of the leg) and the protection is rated to:

• BS EN ISO 11393-2:2019 Class 2 (24 m/s).
• BS EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021
• BS EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 2.
