The Harlequin range of plastic ‘Bunded Oil Tanks’ are suitable for storage of heating oil for a variety of domestic applications.
A bunded heating oil tank simply consists of a tank within a tank. Heating oil is stored in the inner tank and the outer tank acts as a fail safe so that in the event of a spillage, excess fuel will collect in the outer tank. The bunded design helps avert pollution incidents should there be a leak and the hassle of costly environmental clean-up operations. Bunded oil tanks have been proven to significantly reduce the risk of pollution. They are a requirement at most domestic and commercial premises in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We have a range of bunded oil tanks available in capacities ranging from 650 to 9250 litres. They are available in 3 different models:
It’s ideal for use when space is at a premium and additional tank technology is not a requirement. Made from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), this tank is lightweight, durable, non-corrosive, simple to install and aesthetically pleasing. Moulded in handles allow for the tank to be transported quite easily.
